“Or yet in wise old Ravenclaw,If you’ve a ready mind,
Where those of wit and learning,
Will always find their kind.“
As a lot of you will know, I am a Ravenclaw – Pottermore confirmed it and I feel it in my heart.
Traits
- Intelligence
- Wit
- Wisdom
- Creativity
- Originality
- Individuality
- Acceptance
With these traits in mind, I thought I would recommend some books for fellow Ravenclaws.
- Station Eleven by Emily St. John Mandel.
- Red Queen by Victoria Aveyard
- The Rosie Project by Graeme Simsion
- Atonement by Ian McEwan
- Emma by Jane Austen
- Matilda by Roald Dahl
- So, what did you think of this post and my picks?
- Would you like it if I did the other houses?
- Shall I do a part two of this?
Hello fellow Ravenclaw (house pride all the way!). Sadly I haven’t read any of the books you’ve recommended -.- Will look into them though 🙂

Hm… The Name of the Wind by Patrick Rothfuss, Metro 2033 by Dimitry Gluchovsky, The Book of the Unnamed Midwife by Meg Elison and The Book of Speculation by Erika Swyler. Just to name a few 😀 I do have more (what bookworm doesn’t?)

(I took the test twice, once a Slytherin, once a Ravenclaw. I feel I belong to both houses)

You should definitely read it…it’s hard to explain so here is the blurb.
Love isn’t an exact science – but no one told Don Tillman. A thirty-nine-year-old geneticist, Don’s never had a second date. So he devises the Wife Project, a scientific test to find the perfect partner. Enter Rosie – ‘the world’s most incompatible woman’ – throwing Don’s safe, ordered life into chaos. But what is this unsettling, alien emotion he’s feeling? ✨
What do you think?

Seems weird and interesting. Hahaha these experiments never come out as you wish they’d do.

Though I am not a Ravenclaw, after reading all the traits of one, Matilda DEFINITELY deserves to be on there !

I’m a Slytherin, I just know it, but Pottermore keeps putting me in Gryffindor… I feel like their sorting hat is faulty!
I’ve read atonement, Emma and Matilda on the list and I feel like they are perfect Ravenclaw books.
Would love if you did the other houses!
